Senior Design Manager (Interior Design & Space Planning)

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Design Manager (Interior Design & Space Planning) preferably with experience in hospitality, leisure and entertainment design architecture & space planning.

Role & Responsibilities will include:

• Lead, Drive and Monitor the Design Development Process within the team.
• Explore markets within the MENA & ISC region for business opportunities and develop quality leads that can be converted to profitable business.
• Effectively interact, communicate, follow up and service all business leads and clients.
• Interact with Clients to receive Design briefs, translate brief to the Design Development team, follow up on the Design Development process and ensure on time renditions of the Design Deliverables
• Manage the client’s expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments and building sustainable long-term client relationships.
• Develop Concept Design preambles, area statements, project statements, utilization charts to support Design Submissions.
• Supervise and check the quality of all Detailed Design Drawings produced by the team for the client and manage key milestones of the Detail Design Deliverables.
• Participate effectively in the conceptualization process with creative ideas and direct the team. Sketch as needed to enable the team to realize the finalized concept.
• Prepare Budgetary Estimates and Bill of Quantities as needed for projects being designed by the Company.
• Lead the presentation of completed designs and design deliverables to the Client.
• Effective communication and coordination with other team members.
• Plan and participate in Tradeshows and other marketing endeavors as required by the Company.
• Travel as needed for design briefs and presentations as well as Tradeshows as required by the Company.
• To work in conjunction with the design which includes architects, graphic designers, visualizers, draftsmen and illustrators to produce a cohesive design, either manually or on a computer using various software’s.
